Coping with losing your favorite fitness instructor

The world as I know it is ending earlier than December 21. My FAVORITE SoulCycle instructor Denis is leaving NYC and ruining my life! WTF am I supposed to do now? Needless to say I have not taken this news well, the last week has gone something like this;

1. Denial

 

2. Anger

3. Bargaining

4.  Depression

4. More Depression

5. Acceptance
